- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano

Pasta Dish:
- 1 lb penne pasta (or your preferred type)
- 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning (divided)
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Garnish:
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta:
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside. - Season the Shrimp:
Toss shrimp in a bowl with 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning, ensuring even coating. - Sauté the Shrimp:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside. - Prepare the Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add diced tomatoes, heavy cream, and the remaining Cajun seasoning. Let the mixture simmer until the sauce thickens. - Incorporate the Cheese:
Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until it’s fully melted and blended into the sauce. - Combine Pasta and Shrimp:
Return the shrimp to the skillet, add the cooked pasta, and toss everything until evenly coated with the sauce. - Garnish and Serve:
Top with additional grated Parmesan and fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
