Ingredients

  • 1 pound red potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) following the manufacturer’s guidelines.

In a large bowl, add the cubed potatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly. Sprinkle in the garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then toss again. Finally, add the grated Parmesan and toss until well combined.
