  • ½ tsp McCormick Season All seasoning
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked crispy
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms (canned or jarred, drained)
  • 3 cups shredded Colby-Jack cheese
  • 2 tsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)

Instructions

1. Make the Honey Mustard Sauce

  1. In a bowl, whisk together mustard, honey, corn syrup, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust corn syrup for sweetness (add 1 tbsp more for milder tang).

2. Prep the Chicken

  1. Season chicken breasts evenly with McCormick Season All. Let marinate for 1 hour.
  2. Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy. Drain on paper towels, then cut into halves.

3. Cook the Chicken

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook chicken for 6–7 minutes per side until golden and internal temp reaches 165°F. Transfer to a baking sheet.

4. Assemble & Bake

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spread 1–2 tbsp honey mustard sauce over each chicken breast.
  3. Top with mushrooms, 3 bacon halves, and a generous layer of Colby-Jack cheese.
  4. Bake for 5–7 minutes until cheese melts.

5. Serve

  1. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately with extra sauce.
  2. Pairing Idea: Serve with garlic mashed potatoes or a fresh garden salad.

Pro Tips

  • For crispier cheese, broil for 1–2 minutes after baking.
  • Swap Colby-Jack with pepper jack for a spicy kick.
  • Use leftover sauce as a dip for fries or veggies!

Enjoy this restaurant-quality meal at home with melty cheese, smoky bacon, and the perfect balance of sweet and tangy flavors!
